Need to complain?
We like to think that we can make you smile. Sometimes though, things can go wrong. If that ever happens, we want to put it right as fast as possible.
If you need to complain about something, then we're here to fix it.
If your complaint is regarding a third party such as an insurance company, then please contact them directly. If you don't have their contact details to hand, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with them.
If it's not about a third party, then you can get in touch with us with our contact form and choosing the "complaints" option. You can also write to The Compliance Officer at the above postal address.
If you contact us with a complaint we will reply to you by email or letter within five working days. If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will update you within four weeks and send you a final response within eight weeks.
